Finance agreed for an Auction Purchase

 

Enquiry: We were really pleased to receive an enquiry from a customer who was looking for finance before heading to purchase a vehicle from an auction. Auctions can be a challenge due to the short timescales, the fact they’re not supported by a main dealer and the uncertainty around the product. 

 

In this instance, our customer knew exactly which vehicle they were going to be bidding on which meant we could help a little easier. 

 

Solution: We were able to extract all the financial information needed through a phone call to submit a credit application. This was agreed in just 48 hours allowing our customer to attend the auction and receive funds into his account in time to purchase the vehicle. 

 

A great result for all and a great example of us being able to work with the customer and funder in less than regular circumstances.
