Commercial Investment Loan agreed in days

 

Enquiry: Our customer contacted us as they were looking to purchase a light commercial industrial estate. There were already approximately 30 tenants operating from the properties which gave stability to the proposal. The industrial estate had an asking price of £1.6m and we had not much time at all to work with! 

 

Solution: We were able to source a funder who, by using the Recovery Loan Scheme was able to offer the higher loan to value needed. Even better for us all, this deal went from 'application' to 'agreed' within days!
